(“we,” “us,” or “our”), licensed under the Florida Real Estate Commission. 1. USE OF THE SITE
The Site is provided for informational and real estate services purposes. We may modify or change these Terms of Use at any time by posting notice of such change on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of such notice will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

All listing data is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS or SquareFootHomes. Property information, including pricing, availability, and details, is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in listing data provided through the IDX feed.
All MLS data displayed on this Site is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of MLS listing data is strictly prohibited.
4. LEAD FORMS, HOME VALUATIONS, AND CONTACT SUBMISSIONS
