Andover is a gated enclave of approximately 150 detached homes on Old Germantown Road, west of Congress Avenue and south of Linton Boulevard in central-west Delray Beach. Developed mainly from the late 1980s through the early 1990s, it includes mostly one-story homes and some two-story residences on mature, relatively generous lots. Several properties overlook the community’s interior lakes or include private pools. The neighborhood has an established, residential character with private roads and shared recreation areas, rather than the scale of a large master-planned development.
