Sunshine Park

Sunshine Park is a five-street, near-downtown enclave in 33401 bordered roughly by Ardmore Rd and Avon Rd, from Georgia Ave to Dixie Hwy. About 100 homes—primarily 1920s–1950s bungalows, Mediterranean-revival cottages, and mid-century residences—mix “Old Florida” character with updated interiors. Unlike some neighboring districts, Sunshine Park isn’t historically designated, giving owners more flexibility for renovations. Its walkable location places residents minutes from South Dixie dining, the Intracoastal, and downtown West Palm Beach.
