Terracina is a gated, guard-regulated community in West Palm Beach, built between 2004 and 2007. It features Mediterranean-style single-family homes, many situated along lakes or with waterfront views.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pool with children’s water feature, cabanas and sun decks, tennis courts, multi-sport courts, walking trails, picnic/BBQ areas, tot lot, and waterfront access.

The HOA covers lawn maintenance, common area upkeep, trash removal, cable, irrigation, and security. Terracina’s location off Jog Road between Belvedere and Okeechobee gives quick access to I-95, the Turnpike, shopping, schools, and only a short drive to downtown West Palm Beach and the beaches.
